Legal basis

1. Organizing Entity
Silk Cashback, with tax domicile at Calle Eloy Gonzalo 27 and Tax ID B70846001, organizes the sweepstakes called "200€ for your rent" (hereinafter "the Sweepstakes").

2. Purpose of Sweepstakes
The Sweepstakes is intended to reward Silk Marketplace users who make a minimum of 6 purchases by December 30, 2024.

3. Territorial and Temporal Scope

  • The Sweepstakes will be valid exclusively in Spain.
  • The participation period starts on 11/15/2024 at 00:00 and ends on December 30, 2024 at 23:59.

4. Eligibility Requirements
The following are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes:

  • Individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain.
  • Registered Silk Cashback users with an active account.
  • Who make at least 6 purchases for a minimum amount of 10€ in the Silk Marketplace during the promotional period.

5. Sweepstakes Mechanics

  • Each eligible user will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
  • Only purchases actually paid and not refunded during the promotional period will be counted.
  • Each participant will have only one entry in the Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of purchases above the minimum required.

6. Award

  • The winner will receive a 200€ discount applicable exclusively to the payment of their rent through Silk Cashback.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash value.

7. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be randomly selected by a computerized system on 12/31/2024.
  • Silk Cashback will notify the winner by email or phone registered in their account within 7 days of selection.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 calendar days, a new drawing will be held.

8. Publication of the Winner
The name of the winner may be published on Silk Cashback's communication channels, subject to the express authorization of the winner.

9. Data Protection
The personal data of participants will be treated in accordance with current legislation on data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 and LOPDGDD). See our Privacy Policy (https://www.silkcashback.com/privacy-policy).

10. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Silk Cashback reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or makes fraudulent use of the Marketplace.
  • Silk Cashback will not be responsible for any technical issues that prevent proper participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. Modifications and Acceptance of the Bases

  • Silk Cashback reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes at any time, duly notified through its official channels.
  • Participation in the Sweepstakes implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
